I’m Heidi Helfand - software development coach and author of the book Dynamic Reteaming. I started this newsletter in order to have a creative outlet and a place to share new thoughts on how to get better at developing software while also going through organizational change. I have a lot of stories to share from my experiences working in high growth startups. I’m a practitioner at heart and love working with teams.
